Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes are specifically designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. Our certified trainers lead you through a series of exercises that include bursts of high-intensity movements followed by periods of active recovery. These classes are designed to boost your metabolism and burn calories long after you leave the gym.

  • YES! EACH INSTRUCTOR IS EQUIPPED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO HELP YOU MAXIMIZE YOUR WORKOUT. IT IS IMPERATIVE TO SHARE ANY RESTRICTIONS YOU MAY HAVE- SO LET YOUR TRAINER KNOW, AND WE WILL ASSIST YOU.

WAITLIST:

If your desired class is full, hop on our waitlist!

As spots open up throughout the week, you will automatically get added into the class and be notified via email.

The same cancellation policy applies to the waitlist, so you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance if you can no longer make it, to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee. Unclaimed spots will be given away 5 minutes prior to the start of Class.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Change of plans? We get it! You can cancel any class online or by calling our studio up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.

If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window or not show up for class, you will lose that class credit and be charged $20.
