We've designed a strength-focused circuit training that is suitable for all fitness levels. Our circuit training includes exercises that target all major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Our experienced trainers provide modifications for each exercise to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can challenge themselves and maximize their results.

  • YES! ALL EXERCISES CAN BE MODIFIED TO SUIT YOUR FITNESS LEVEL. IT IS IMPERATIVE TO SHARE ANY RESTRICTIONS YOU MAY HAVE- SO LET YOUR TRAINER KNOW, AND WE WILL ASSIST YOU.

If your desired class is full, hop on our waitlist!

As spots open up throughout the week, you will automatically get added into the class and be notified via email.

The same cancellation policy applies to the waitlist, so you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance if you can no longer make it, to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee. Unclaimed spots will be given away 5 minutes prior to the start of Class.

Change of plans? We get it! You can cancel any class online or by calling our studio up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.

If you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation window or not show up for class, you will lose that class credit and be charged $20.
